For children from Reception Year – Year 6 Starting Wednesday 3rd September 2025
Breakfast Club
- Drop off between 7.30am –8am £4 per session
- Drop off between 8.00am –8.30am £3 per session
Staff will take your child to school After School Club
- Collect between 3.30pm – 400pm £7 per session
- Collect between 4.00pm-4.30pm £7.50 per session
- Collect between 4.30pm -5.00pm £8 per session
- Collect between 5.00pm-5.30pm £8.50 per session
- Collect between 5.30pm – 6.00pm £9 per session
A member of The Berrypatch staff will collect your child from school .If your child attends any after school clubs such as choir/gymnastics etc we can collect them but this must be pre arranged and an additional charge of £1.50 will apply.
Holiday Club
- Full Day (drop off between 7:30-8AM -Collect between 5.30 pm-6:00 PM): £25 per day
- Full Day (drop off between 7.30-8.00AM – Collect between 5:00PM-5.30PM): £24 per day
- Full Day (Drop off between 8.00 -8.30AM- Collect between 4.30PM- 5:00 PM): £23.50 per day
- Full Day (Drop off between 8.00 AM – 8.30AM-Collect 5.30-6:00 PM): £24.50 per day
- Morning Club (Drop off between 7:30-8.00 AM – Collect 12.30-1.00 PM): £13 per session
- Morning Club (Drop off between 8.00-8.30AM-Collect 12.30- 1 PM): £12.50 per session
- Afternoon Club (Drop off between 1:00 PM-1.30PM -Collect 4.30 - 5:00 PM): £11 per session
- Afternoon Club (Drop off between 1:00 -1.30PM – Collect between 5.30-6:00 PM): £12 per session
- Short day Club (Drop off between 9.00-9.30AM-Collect between2.30- 3.00PM) :£15 per day
Children cannot be dropped off any earlier/collected any later than the time you have booked them in for You can bring them later but will still be charged for the original time you booked. Children cannot be dropped off any later than 8.30am to be taken to school. Children must not be dropped off any earlier than 7.30am or be collected any later than 6pm.
A packed lunch will need to be provided for holiday club. Breakfast and After school club is only available for children that attend Finedon Infant School and Finedon Mulso Junior School, when the schools are open. Children who attend Finedon Schools will be given priority for holiday club bookings.
For regular sessions, invoice for payment will be sent, via email , 1 month in advance, on the 15th of each month , with 14 days to pay. If ad hoc sessions are required, these can be made via our online booking service ( details coming soon), however your child will need to be registered with us beforehand. The system will only allow bookings if there is space on that day. Payment will need to be made at the time of booking. If a place is booked but the child does not attend no refund will be given.
